Dickey Joins Schuckman Realty as VP, Landlord Representation
Firm Creates New Position to Pursue Five Boroughs Business
Schuckman Realty, a retail brokerage specializing in developments, redevelopments and renovations of shopping center properties in New York City, has moved to expand its business, hiring Trent E. Dickey as its vice president of New York City landlord representation, a newly-created position.
In his new role, Dickey will lead the charge in managing brokerage teams and executing deals that grow Schuckman Realty's landlord leasing operations throughout the five boroughs.
"As Schuckman Realty approaches its 40th anniversary, we continue to focus on core markets and adding key players to our organization," says Kenneth Schuckman, president of Shuckman Realty, adding that Dickey's business network and track record in closing deals are assets as the company expands its presence in New York City.
Before his appointment to Schuckman, Dickey led retail leasing at Cohen Equities and managed a five million square foot portfolio across 27 states. Earlier in his career, he closed on more than $60 million in Manhattan and Brooklyn office and retail assets as director of brokerage with NAI Global of NYC. He has also worked as a leasing representative with Acadia Realty Trust.
The firm currently has a portfolio for leasing opportunities in 30 shopping center sites within the outer boroughs and Long Island.
